Canapes
30 minutes of pre-dinner canapes can be arranged for arrival at your reception.
Chef's selection of hot and cold canapes. From $12.00 per person.
Beverage Package
Upgrades available from $6.00 per person.
Extensions available from $10.00 per person.
Cheese Platters served platter style
Selection of local and Australian artisan cheeses with quince paste and crusty baguette. From $14.00 per person.
Still Hungry?
After a long night of celebrating, do your guests need to be re-energised? Please speak to your Wedding Coordinator about our late night supper options.
Children's Meals
The Vintage welcomes and caters for children. We offer a two course kid's meal with soft drink $28.00 per child (4-12 years) and a two course reception meal with soft drink (13-17 years). Price dependent on package.
Crew Meals
Your photographers, band, decorators etc can be easily catered for with a main meal and soft drink from $30.00 per person.
Outdoor Heaters
For that cold night that you weren't expecting for your reception, keep your guests warm on the terraces with gas heaters at $80.00 per heater.
Terraces Lighting
Ambient lighting on the terrace including lanterns, fairy lights and candle light $350.00.
Extended Room Hire
Chateau Elan would like to offer you the option of extending your room hire. An additional hour of serviced room hire can be charged at a cost of $300.00 per house or part thereof.
Audio Visual
We can supply a data projector and screen with your reception for $396.00.
Additional Services
- Live stream your ceremony to interstate or international guests who could not make it to your special day - http://www.idostream.com.au/
- Chauffeur driven golf carts to select photo locations on golf course and around the property. Bookings need to be pre-arranged and subject to business volume on course.
- Food and beverage menu for golf cart snacks.
- Extra white alfresco chairs available for hire.
