The largest venue at 300 sqm is located adjacent to the elegant Château Élan Destination Spa. With a modern, elegant interior, the Founders Room can accomodate 240 in theatre-style seating or 330 for cocktails and enjoys views over The Vintage Golf Course.

Sitting beside the Club House at the top of The Vintage Golf Course, the Barrington Room has a modern, elegant interior enjoying views over the manicured 18th green and valley beyond. It can accommodate up to 150 in theatre-style seating or 110 for dining.

Sitting beside the Club House at the top of The Vintage Golf Course, the Barrington Board Rooms offer two intimate modern boardrooms for up to 15 guests. Wireless internet, and catering are available.

A unique alternative to a traditional chapel. Brimming with character, the Carriage House was constructed from hand hewn sandstone blocks rescued from an 1834 Hunter Valley homestead.

Tony Maher is your executive chef, heading up the Château Élan kitchens and designing menus to bring the very best of Australian produce and local wines to your table. Tony’s big passion is prime meat, which he will go to any length to source; he also prides himself on starting with a fine wine and then creating dishes that best complement.
